Tariff	Room rates are exclusive of applicable government taxes. Meals and services are charged extra. For tariff details, contact the Duty Manager. Guest registration forms must be signed upon arrival.
Bill Settlement	Bills must be settled upon presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Company’s Lien on Belongings	Management reserves the right to detain and auction guest belongings in case of payment default.
Check-in	Guests must present valid ID proof (Passport, Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID). Documents will be returned at departure.
Check-out	Standard check-out time applies. Extensions depend on availability and may incur charges. Management reserves the right to remove belongings if the room is not vacated on time.
Luggage Storage	Luggage storage is subject to availability and at the guest’s risk. Storage beyond 30 days is not permitted.
Guest Belongings	Guests should lock rooms when stepping out or sleeping. The hotel is not responsible for loss/damage to belongings. Safety lockers are provided in rooms.
Pets	Pets are not allowed on the property.
Hazardous Goods	Storage of hazardous, flammable, or prohibited items is strictly prohibited. Guests are liable for damages caused by such goods.
Damage to Property	Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
Management Rights	Management reserves the right to request guests to vacate premises without prior notice for misconduct.
Guest Conduct	Guests must adhere to applicable laws and hotel policies.
Photography and Video	Use of photos/videos taken at the hotel for commercial purposes is illegal and subject to prosecution.
Key Rules	Smoking and outside food are not allowed. Alcohol consumption is permitted. Breakfast and additional services are available for extra charges.
Child & Extra Bed Policy	Extra beds are provided at INR 1500 per guest/child, subject to availability. An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking. INR 1500.00 will be charged for an extra mattress per guest.
Accessibility	The property is wheelchair accessible. Guests must bring their own wheelchairs.
Special Requests	All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
Guest Profile	Unmarried couples and local ID holders are welcome.
